Appetizers (choice of):

• Carrot and Ginger Soup

• Smoked trout salad with watercress, cherry tomato and a horseradish vinaigrette

Main Course (choice of):

• Roasted ginger-maple glazed free-range turkey, served with:

  • Celery, leek and raisin stuffing

  • Mixed herb gravy

  • Cranberry and grapefruit relish

  • French bean with lemon and pecan

  • Sweet potato purée

  or

• Baked double-smoked ham with a Dijon mustard glaze, served with

  • Apricot and apple chutney

  • Roasted Brussels sprouts

  • Parmesan mashed potatoes

Dessert:

• Bourbon pumpkin pie with mint whipped cream

Our three course menu is $65 and is available Thursday, November 27th. Takeaway can be pre-ordered through Ambassador. A reservation is recommended for dining in.
